As simple as it looks.

  • Filtration mesh and cotton layers

catch sediment, sand, rust, and the visible particles that come from aging pipes.

  • Activated carbon

binds to chlorine and the compounds that give tap water that metallic taste. The same material used in most quality water filters, because it works.

Maintenance Replace cartridge every three months.

Honest

Three things you should actually know.

01

A filter. Not a purifier.

Australian tap water is generally safe — that's not the problem NERŌ solves. The problem is chlorine, sediment, and the metallic taste that comes from old pipes between the treatment plant and your glass. NERŌ takes care of that.

02

25 pre-orders trigger production.

If we hit 25 units by June 12, the founding batch goes into production. If we don't, every cent refunded — no fee, no fine print.

03

No logo. On purpose.

The first batch arrives in clean, unbranded steel. A reminder that we'd rather get the product right before worrying about putting our name on it.

FAQ

Short answers.

Will it fit my kitchen tap?

NERŌ Kitchen Filter fits standard threaded kitchen faucets — most standard Australian kitchen taps. A complete adapter kit is included for less common fittings. Not compatible with spray-style faucets, irregular (square or oval) faucets, or faucets with an interior aerator.

How do I install it?

Unscrew the aerator at the end of your tap. Screw NERŌ Kitchen Filter in its place. Two minutes, no tools, no plumber. A printed guide ships in the box.

What's inside the box?

The NERŌ Kitchen Filter, your cartridges (2 with Starter, 4 with Year Supply), a complete adapter kit (M24 internal, M22 and M24 external threads, plus a universal joint) with sealing washers, and a printed installation guide. The founding batch ships in clean, unbranded steel — no logo engraving on this first run.

How long does each cartridge last?

About three months of typical household use. Starter ships with 2 cartridges (≈6 months). Year Supply ships with 4 (≈12 months). Heavier use shortens cartridge life proportionally.

When will I receive my order?

If we hit 25 units by June 12, production starts immediately. Manufacturing plus shipping to your door takes approximately eight weeks. We'll email you at every step.

What if you don't reach the goal?

Every pre-order fully refunded within five business days of the close date. No fee, no fine print. We'd rather not start than start with the wrong number.

Can I return it after delivery?

Yes. Fourteen days from delivery, full refund if you're not satisfied. We cover return shipping within Australia.
