SHIPPING POLICY

NERO is launching as a founding pre-order. Here's exactly how 
it works — no fine print.

HOW THE PRE-ORDER WORKS

If we reach 25 supporters by June 12, production begins and your order ships 
in 8 weeks or less from that date.

If we don't reach 25 supporters by June 12, every cent is 
refunded within five business days — no fee, no fine print.

You'll be kept in the loop the whole way: when we hit the 
target, when production begins, and when your order is on 
its way.

DELIVERY

We ship free across Australia via Australia Post, with tracking 
included on every order. Once your order is dispatched, you'll 
receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Standard delivery takes 3-10 business days depending on your 
location:

- Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast: 2-5 business days
- Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra: 3-6 business days
- Perth, Darwin, Tasmania: 5-10 business days
- Regional and remote areas: please allow up to 12 business days

These are estimates from Australia Post, not guarantees, and 
apply only once your order has been dispatched.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within Australia only, including PO Boxes 
and Parcel Lockers.

IF YOUR ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED

In the rare event your order is lost in transit or arrives 
damaged, we'll offer you a full replacement or refund — at 
your choice. You don't need to deal with the carrier; that's 
our job. Just email us at nerowaterau@gmail.com within 14 
days of the expected delivery date.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing 
your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect 
address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional 
shipping costs may apply).
